What I Offer
My personal journey in fitness began in my pre-teenage years. I was a young boy lacking self-confidence, feeling limitless soon after starting an exercise regime. This was also the time in my life where I realised that I wanted to improve people’s quality of life through making them fitter, healthier and stronger. Once I picked it up, I never put it down. And as I progressed through my life, I personally began to notice the positive impact exercise and nutrition had on all other aspects of life.
