About Me

My personal journey in fitness began in my pre-teenage years. I was a young boy lacking self-confidence but once I started an exercise regime I felt limitless. This was also the time in my life where I realised that I wanted to improve people’s quality of life through making them fitter, healthier and stronger. Once I picked it up, I never put it down. As I progressed through my life, I personally began to notice the positive impact exercise and nutrition had on all other aspects of life. Through any challenges I have faced exercise and nutrition has always remained constant, and I relate it to all of my success and achievements. 

I became a Registered graduate from Max International College for Fitness Professionals and have been helping people make huge improvements to their lives for 12 years. Every day I continue to learn more about the benefits of exercise and proper nutrition, and I continue to adapt these into my own and my clients training and food plans. Training, Fitness and Health is my entire life! It is my career, my fun and my leisure. I am grateful to have been blessed with such passion, and to be able to work with everyone who comes to learn from me.
